Volt Connect was born out of personal pain and necessity. After running an SMS marketing company for over 3.5 years, we realized that managing SMS as a feature was more than simply connecting to CPaaS providers and clicking "send."

No matter the provider, each offers different microservices and requires slightly different infrastructure, which ultimately leads to being forced to re-building the message-sending infrastructure every time you add a new CPaaS partner—this takes thousands of engineering hours. Effort and energy should be used on revenue-driving features.

As all engineers know, building it means maintaining it - And with the realization that no company relies on a single messaging partner, the challenge and costs compound.

And that is before considering the additional lift of 10-digit long-code (10DLC) compliance, which requires each company to throttle each brand they manage differently based on category and brand score.

This is how it works today:

This is how it should work:

Volt Connect was not built to be "a better CPaaS," but rather to allow you to manage your existing CPaaS providers and traffic better.

Volt Connect allows you to:

  • Automate your 10DLC throttling based on your managed numbers brand score.

  • Manage a single API for your SMS sending, instead of multiple disjointed APIs.

  • Give you a visual view of your traffic sending, no matter who or how many providers.

  • A single unified experience to spin up and move phone numbers.

  • Analytical comparison to let you make educated decisions about where to place your phone numbers.

Free up your engineers to focus on what really matters, delighting your customers. And let us take the burden of managing and maintaining your SMS infrastructure.
