Webhooks are a mechanism for two-way communication between different web applications. They allow real-time data exchange by triggering events and sending notifications from one application to another. By using a webhook, you can get your notifications directly from your Volt Insights account to your Slack.

First navigate to the Notifications page

Once on the Notifications page, scroll down and select Webhook notifications

Then add the URL for the Slack channel you would like to receive notifications to, then press Add URL
