Toll Free messaging allows businesses to send application-to-person text messages (A2P) using toll free codes. This resource contains a breakdown of all fees being charged by carriers to register and send messages using toll free numbers. This resource also contains other fees charged by carriers for activities related to toll free and non-compliance fees charged by carriers relating to 10DLC.

If you are leveraging your own carrier contract through the Volt Connect infrastructure, please refer to your CPaaS provider's specific toll free fee sheet, as they might have slight differences in reported fees or unique independent review fees.

All fees charged by carriers are passed through by Volt to our customers with no added cost.
