On the sidebar menu, click on the Contacts Icon
Once you get into contacts, click the plus sign to add a new list.
This will pop up the Create New List box. Add your new list name and hit create new list.
Now, since lists are no good without people in them, let’s learn how to upload information into those lists. There are several ways to do this.
Uploading contacts using a CSV spreadsheet
This is the primary and most popular method for uploading contacts. To upload contacts via a CSV you must first make sure your CSV is formatted correctly. Here is how the CSV should be formatted
Navigate to the Contacts page, located on the side bar.
Then select Actions, a drop down will appear.
From the dropdown select Upload Contacts
This will prompt you to choose a list. (If you do not choose a specific list then your contacts will only be uploaded into the ALL list).
Once you have selected your list you will choose Upload CSV, then drag and drop or select your file and hit Submit.
Voila! You have successfully uploaded your contacts.
External Signup Link
If you have already uploaded a CSV of your current contacts and want to continue increasing subscriber count, then the External Signup Link is for you!! This link allows you to display a form in-store or on your website for collecting numbers.
You can find the link for your account by selecting Actions on the Contacts page. A dropdown will appear
From the dropdown select Open Contact Sign-up Form
Adding contacts to the app one by one
If you would like to add additional contacts one by one, you can start by navigating to Actions on the Contacts page.
From here you will select Add Contact
This will pop up a window for you to fill in the relevant information.
After you have entered the new contact information , click Create Contact.
