The best way to include MMS in your messages is to include them in a template. However, they can always be added in the Wave section or in the individual Conversation. If you want to use MMS in Flows they have to be added to a Template.

1. Navigate to the Templates section

2. From there hit the "add media" button on the bottom of your screen. Then drag and drop the image of your choice.

From here your template will now include the MMS. Be sure to remember that images cost twice as much to send. Images may be up to 10MB, Gifs may be up to 1MB. Files larger than this may cause message errors.
