Volt will automatically remove contacts from your account when they respond with one of these keywords:

  • STOP

  • REMOVE

  • OPT OUT

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • CANCEL

  • QUIT

Note: These are NOT case sensitive

Once a contact has opted out from future text messages, they are removed from all of your active lists and moved to the "Unsubscribe" list on your Volt account. You can view the contacts who have unsubscribed, but you will no longer be able to add their number to a list or send them a text message.

If contact wishes to resubscribe to receiving text messages, then they must text in with one of these key words:

  • RESUBSCRIBE

  • ADD

  • OPT IN

  • RESART

  • START

  • REJOIN

  • RESUME

  • UNSTOP
