T-Mobile Sending Limits

This article outlines the maximum messages you can send to T-Mobile phone numbers during a 24 hour period and how to increase your maximum

T-Mobile sets a limit to the number of outbound SMS segments that your registered brand can send to T-Mobile subscribers each day. This limit is set at the EIN level and applies to all phone numbers associated to that EIN. For example, if you have multiple brands and/or campaigns set up under a single EIN, then all of those phone phone numbers will share the maximum daily capacity of messages to T-Mobile subscribers. Your daily capacity is reset every day at 12:00am PST.

By default, most registered brands start off with 2,000 message segments per day. However, this limit has the potential to move higher by means of secondary vetting. If your brand has received this 3rd party vetting, then the vetting score you were given determines the maximum number of T-Mobile messages you can send each day based on the chart below.
