T-Mobile charges a fee to any 10DLC campaign that is not in an "active" state. In order to stay compliant to what T-Mobile considers "active", campaigns need to send at least one message to a T-Mobile handset every 60 days (rolling). Note that the fee is assessed at the campaign level so each campaign under a brand can be fined individually. This is a pass-through fee that will appear on your bill if handed down by T-Mobile.

The goal of this fee is to help encourage people using 10DLC campaigns to shut them down when they are no longer needed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure campaigns have a least one message delivered to a T-Mobile phone number every 60 days.
