If you'd like to set up a flow that texts a customer after they text you, please follow the instructions below.

First, sign into your Messenger Portal: https://www.textvolt.com/sign-in.

Next, click on Flows.

After clicking on Flows, you'll want to select Create New Flow.

You'll first want to name the Flow and give it a description.

After that, you'll want to insert the following Steps so they reply to your customers.

  • When This Happens: Received Keyword

  • On this list: Select the list you want this Flow to apply towards

  • Keywords to watch for: You'll want to leave this blank.

Following these steps will make sure that the Flow will activate no matter what your customer sends.

Once those steps are completed, you'll want to select:

  • This should happen: Send Text

  • Text Body: Will be the message you send

  • Total Delay: How long do you want to delay your text message from going out

All you need to do afterward is Create Flow, and you're all set!
