Where does the phone ring in Volt?

Wherever you want it to!

The cool thing about Volt is that if people decide to call you instead of texting back, you can answer the phone just like normal by using our Call Forwarding feature!

To set up call forwarding

Click on your name in the top right corner to access your account settings.

From the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings"

Click on Accounts

In the "Accounts" section, locate and click on the phone number for which you want to set up call forwarding.

Look for the "Call Forwarding Number" field and enter the desired number to which you want your calls forwarded. Once you have entered the forwarding number, click "Save" to apply the changes.

In the future, if you wish to make changes or disable call forwarding, follow the same steps and modify the forwarding number accordingly. You're now ready to receive calls!
