There are a few key reasons why your deliverability might be low.

  1. Messaging too many land lines / non routable numbers

  2. Sending content that is getting blocked as spam

  3. Too many opt-outs and/or contacts reporting your messaging as spam

To view your deliverability, you'll need to use Volt Insights. Volt Insights makes your message deliverability transparent and understandable, whether you're using Volt Messaging or Volt Connect.

You can access the Volt Insights page from any dashboard. Here's how to access it from Volt Messaging.

Look to the left menu and select the "Insights" button highlighted by the yellow lightning bolt.

This will populate the main screen which shows Outbound Delivery Rate, Outbound Failure Reasons, Message Details and Logs, and Outbound Message Health.

Outbound Delivery Rate will show you the overall numbers for how many messages failed and how many messages were delivered.

Outbound Failure reasons gives a more detailed breakdown by showing the reasons for failed messages by each carrier. These reasons include Message Volume, Phone Numbers, Spam, Provider Issues, and being Flagged.

Message Detail and Logs is where you can download a log of each category of delivered and failed messages.

Outbound Message Health is where you can see all the numbers you send to and see each numbers or customers deliverability rate.

To see more detailed information for each number, click the 4 squares to the right of the desired number or customer.

This will show you Outbound Delivery Rate, Outbound Failure Reasons, Message Details and Logs, and Outbound Message Health for that number or customer.
