Reset Your Password
To reset your password for your Volt account, head over to the following link: https://www.textvolt.com/sign-in.
From here, you can select which service you're trying to access.
Once that service is selected, you can reset your password.
Reset Another User's Password
To reset another user's password, go to your Volt Messaging platform, select the down arrow at the top right, and then select Account Settings.
Once you're in Account Settings, select the Users tab.
Select the User from whom you'd like to reset the password.
Within their profile, select Send Reset Email. This will email them a reset password link so they can change their password.
